Not much explicit work done on the RC bugs front:
#720662 - libtest-valgrind-perl: FTBFS: kwalitee test failure
Disable the kwalitee tests by not installing libtest-kwalitee-perl in Build-Depends-Indep.
#719827 - backuppc: FTBFS with perl 5.18: POD errors
#720768 - libsnmp-info-perl: FTBFS with perl 5.18: POD failures
RC Bugs 2013/33

On DebCamp and DebConf I have worked on some updates for the perl 5.18 transitions. Some of this issues are now marked serious and need to be fixed for the transition.
